The most long-awaited day off for months, boy did I need it. 

I was up early anyway, and got the bus into town with Matt. As yesterday, we made it in unexpectedly good time, so went for a coffee before he needed to start work. 

I popped home briefly to drop of some stuff and do a load of washing, then back to Wendy's house to spend the afternoon with Daisy in the garden. I painted and watched Rafa vs. Roger, and she popped back every so often to miaow at me. 

Matt got home and caught the end of the tennis and I cooked dinner (last chance to make the most of the lovely kitchen!)
