Playing on the Beach

We parked by Castle Sinclair Girnigoe, but instead of joining the lone piper and throngs of people (well about a dozen) tromping out to the castle, we walked up the road to the lighthouse.  We hadn't been up there before.  Eventually we found what we were looking for - the John o'Groat trail - and went back along it towards the car, pausing briefly to view Sandy Goe.
