Long shadows

A day of two halves and three significant sporting events! (Wimbledon , F1 British Grand Prix and the cricketing equivalent of a penalty shootout!)

The morning was cloudy but the beach was busy with boot camp activities. A voluntary shift in the afternoon. Catching up with all today’s sport on the radio and tv when I got home.

Another stunning summer evening walk on the beach at the end of the day.
