Who's a pretty boy, then?

Bumped into someone who I hadn't seen for many years. He's now happily retired, but in his day has done a two handed sailing of the Atlantic and put in our en suite bathroom! He mentioned his dog loves being on his shoulders, so I took a quick snapshot.
I thought his small pooch, perched high, would be a nice subject for the high/low (omitting the key!) theme, kindly hosted by Carolina.
