Green and Veined and White

I'm pleased to see it's finally butterfly season. I was surprised to get this one but it settled on this leaf for a reasonable breather. Enough time for me to position myself low enough to be at it's eye view.

I thought I wouldn't be back online for a while as I was having real trouble getting my laptop to power up. I tried many options but finally went for a reset. That has meant reinstalling my photo editing programs. But at least I've a clean slate and anything that I wasn't using or redundant is now consigned to the recycle bin.....

Now to edit the photos from our recent trip to Edinburgh.
