Two Tiny Plants For Tiny Tuesday

The bottom  one I know is 'Pieris Little Heath'. but I have no idea what the top one is. neither does the man who knows these things.  So if one of you clever people out there in Blipland can help identify it I will be very grateful I love the bright red edges to the leaves and the tiny white flowers.
