2019 Monday — Horizon Up

We love waking to the sight of sunlight and a horizon.

We have not seen a morning horizon since July 4th (which was a spectacular day).

The fog is definitely refreshing, and keeps us cool while the inland region bakes, but a horizon is a welcome sight.

Monday, Monday—you are so fabulous without the fog!

P.S. Later in the morning we drove inland to the community of Atascadero to take our pups to see a veterinarian. Max has been having lots of problems with his back left leg. Chloe scratches herself all the time. We think we were able to get some relief for both pups. It was approximately 40 degrees hotter than back at the coast. Egads!
