Mitchell Hospital

The day started with breakfast at the beach and was followed by a walk around Old Aberdeen. The building in the photograph is called the Mitchell Hospital but was actually an almshouse. The history of the building can be found here.

Another fairly cloudy day on the weather front but no rain. Final of the mens tennis in the afternoon as well as the Silverstone Grand Prix. The latter would be of more interest to me, but as I could forecast the result of the race I just checked afterwards to see if my forecast was correct. It was, but maybe it had been a better race than I expected.
