Notes: Around the apartment in the morning and went to the pool around 11a for about an hour - was nice and empty, strong sun for most of it. Talked to Al and did a meditation in the early afternoon. Left for The Boulder Cork around 4p to meet the girls group for Happy Hour. Steph Kurland couldn't make it and Margaret out of town but was a good group of Linda, Nancy, Jan, Beth and I. Home around 830p.
