Man on a hot felt roof.

When I got back from the gym, I had to change quickly as J wanted to check that the work he did the other day on the garage roof was okay and I had to hold the ladder. Everything was fine, so I made him pose for me, although  he didn't object too much. We  sat in the garden and had a coffee, although that will be my last one until Friday afternoon,as apparently it raises your blood pressure. Evening meal has to be healthy, and I am going to give dessert a miss. Hope it will all be worth it.
