‘The Heath-Side’

This set of buildings houses (amongst some business) the local council of the northern part of our city in a neighbourhood that is called ‘de heikant’ which would roughly translate to heath-side or edge. I guess it used to be on the outside borders of the village waaaaaay before I was born.
