A good start!!

If this keeps up, we could be in for a good year, positive thinking!!

This is the weather vane on our house. The vane is about 150 years old and shows the miller taking a sack of corn to the mill. It also shows one of the two water wheels which the mill had. The one you can see has now gone, but I'm hoping to put back a similar wheel.

The problem is the building was listed without the water wheel and therefore the authorities aren't happy about me putting it back!!! I will plug away! That's life as they say!!
