Today's the day ………………………… to make hay while the sun shines

I'm sure that farmers, certainly around here in the south of Scotland have had a bumper harvest of hay this year.

The weather has been warm and sunny for weeks with no great downpourings of rain to damage the crops.  The tractors and balers have been going like the clappers this week to get everything cut and gathered in.

And if you can cover your bales with purple wrapping - well, why wouldn't you ………………….?
