Flutterby

When I arrived at work, I was surprised to see that 3 of the caterpillars had hatched into butterflies. They were supposed to hang from the top of the cage when in their chrysalis but all of them had dropped to the bottom so we weren’t expecting them to emerge at all. We’ll let them go tomorrow.

It’s Poppy’s 14th birthday. We all got up to watch her open her presents. She was pleased with her new guitar. She chose dinner at Butch Annie’s in Cambridge. When we got home Tom and Helen has arrived. It’s all systems go to Hendstock 8.
