More cycling

Pleasant day cycling (apart from a couple of rude people) along the Spen Valley Greenway again (from Ravensthorpe to Low Moor = 8.5 miles), then Leeds to Kirkstall along the Leeds Liverpool Canal (5 miles) and finally Shipley back to Bingley along the canal (3 miles). Haven't been to the the Dark Arches and Granary Wharf for a long time... it's looking very swish. Called for a pint of Leeds Pale at The Abbey Inn, it was yummy! :-)
