Filling but slimming - I hope!

Determined to no longer be a teenweigher and confirm my weight as less than 13 stone when my average weight for the week is calculated after tomorrow’s weigh in my evening meal was a vegetable stew (mushrooms, courgette, onion, beetroot, new potatoes in a tomato/basil sauce) with green beans and some crumbled strong mature Canadian cheddar cheese for taste and seasoning. Portion size was large (750 grams). This was followed by 250 grams of strawberries with 150 grams stewed gooseberries, 25 grams oat bran and 200 grams Creamy Greek yogurt. All ingredients apart from tomato/basil sauce, mushrooms, oat bran and yogurt harvested from allotment.
