New Morning, New Year

A bit obvious, but it was a lovely sunrise and a beautiful start to the first day of the new year. So, taken from the garden, the first blip of 2013.

Changing calendars and wondering what the new year will bring. Does everyone remember how we all used to make mistakes on the first cheques we wrote? Does anyone write cheques any more?
