Dinner and Desert for 15
Today I spent the better part of the day preparing a meal for 15 youth taking part in an intensive study workshop. Several of us are providing meals over the three week course. Today was my day to prepare dinner. I prepared bean and cheese enchiladas smothered in red and green sauce, Spanish rice, and roasted squash and peppers. Marionberry pies finished the meal. Today was an uplifting day. I had the music up loud. I got to sing, dance and shine. The dogs and cat thought I was a little crazy.
