New Year

Beautiful pink roses flowering in the garden on New Years Day.

The new bud seemed appropriated for today, new beginnings and all that.

Would be good to see this rose bush flowering all winter and into spring - its the most gorgeous splash of colour (the ONLY bright colour) in the garden.
