Tornado in Bo’ness!

We had a very disturbed night; the car alarm kept going off for no apparent reason. Eventually I went out to the car (in the rain!) and sprayed fly-killer in it. That must have done the trick as we did find a dead moth in the footwell in the morning. These car alarms do have their down-sides!
Anyway, we tidied out Andrew’s room and painted the inside of his wardrobe. We will do the room itself next wet day - maybe.
This evening we nipped over to Bo’ness as we had heard that Tornado was resting up there ready for duty on the Waverley Line. Tornado is the first new stream engine built since Evening Star some 50 odd years ago but may well be the last!
Tornado is a copy of an A1 Pacific express loco and is well capable of 100moh. She certainly looks the business!
