99 in the shade

A scorcher today and we were looking after Conor for the day so we headed to Bowring Park in Wellington with the tennis racquets, badminton set, rounders set and whistling rocket.

Nice idea but it was a bit too hot to do much of anything for long so we sheltered under a tree with Owen and ice creams in between venturing out for small bursts of energy. Aaron wasn't exactly impressed by Conor accidentally dropping the rounders bat on his head either...but the ice creams were definitely appreciated.
