The Overseer

The kanuka trees felled a few weeks ago have been sawn up but some of the blocks are too big and need chopping in half.  Bella was a bit worried I might have forgotten she hadn't had her breakfast. I hadn't had mine either and she didn't have to wait for long.
This afternoon a poorly young ewe had a visit from the vet who looked about twelve. She is probably carrying twins and the vet said the lambs have depleted her calcium so she was given a calcium injection as well as a B12 shot and another  of multivitamins plus a booster drench. I'm hoping she perks up by the morning.
