in a flower - for which i have no name - which is par for the course - i typically just call - a flower ‘flower’ - because i seldom know its actual name - i usually rely on others - oh, i know the standard - tulip, rose, carnation, lily - but when it gets into - these more unusual types - well i just snap the picture - enjoy the luscious color - since it is pink, after all - then sit back and call it...
