JJ & AB

MaggieD and I enjoyed lunch with Fi, JJ & AB today. Boy oh boy was it HOT in their back garden!
As a result we were mostly indoors or sitting in the shade. Little AB was showing off her climbing and sliding skills but JJ decided to sit at the bottom of the slide and this was AB’s response. Much hilarity all round.
It has been really hot and sticky here with the mercury hitting into the high twenties. Not nearly as bad as some but well hot enough for us.
The two pups are really feeling the heat too, despite open doors and windows, lots of cold water to drink and wet towels for them to lie on. I hope we avoid the thunder & lightning and have a quiet, cool night!
