Reflecting

As I am putting away Christmas decorations today, I need to remind myself to reflect. All the craziness, the partying, the food, the gifts of the last month. Why do we do this? My family and I do it to celebrate God's coming to earth as Baby Jesus.
As I journey into 2013 I have a goal to live a healthier day to day life, eating better and exercising more, how hard can that be? For me, very. I need to remember that God loves me and wants me to be healthy so that I can live a long life in which I can serve him and others.
