Elephant Hawkmoth

Found this attractive moth in the conservatory first thing this morning, and managed to put it outside in some foliage cover where it remained all day. It seems to have changed colour slightly to blend in with its surroundings as when first seen it was more green and pink.The extra is a slightly different view. The moth is hugely more attractive than the caterpillar which is about the size of an adult male finger.
