Farmers Market Breakfast

Our local farmers market does four special breakfasts each summer. They seat about 100 people and local chefs prepare all the food which has been purchased at that market. The food is excellent. The speakers are market staff, the restaurant chefs or owners, a farmer, and youngsters from a local non-profit that trains at-risk youths in food production. The speakers are all inspiring. The proceeds are used for community education in how our local food is raised and prepared.
