Happy New Year 2013

Hi to all and best wishes for the New Year!

It's nice to be back! I blipped this little Christmas cottage on the way back down the hill after the bells last night/this morning. We climbed to top of the nearby hill to see in the New Year looking out over Falkirk and the whole Forth Valley basin. We saw the magnificent fireworks in the distance at Stirling castle over to the North West and the wonderful Edinburgh display over to the East. I had a flask of tea and a caramel biscuit too! We watched a man nearly set himself alight with a Chinese lantern. Oops. At least 10 others also climbed the hill, unbeknown to us, so it was a lovely atmosphere.
