Extinction Rebellion (Day2)

Another trip into Cardiff City Centre and the Extinction Rebellion protestors are still camped outside Cardiff Castle with their boat. The obstruction is causing traffic to be diverted away from the city centre.  The protestors have padlocked themselves to the boat!
