He's Back

He has been missing for quite a while now. Recently they have been reinstated on the Water of Leith. I noticed this morning that, in keeping with the recent weather, someone has provided him with a hat and sunglasses.

Done a re-edit, well, went and shot him again with baby Canon as the Lumix did a pretty shit job this morning.
