On New Year's Day

Had New Year's Day dinner at my Dad's house. He'd got the last hurrah of the Christmas decorations out, courtesy of a sale in the shop at Chatsworth House. I cooked a meal of a bacon joint, mash, roasties, carrots, brussels and peas with a 'honey jus'. All done to a 't' on Hades in the kitchen.
