Bar-headed Goose

We wandered down to the prom in Grange today to see the Prom Art sale.  This is held on the last Sunday of each month from Spring to Autumn and enables local artisans to show off and to sell their wares.  There were plenty of people browsing while we were there.

Further along the prom is the ornamental lake which, according to the book, is well stocked with ornamental ducks from other countries.  Unfortunately there is a notice posted on the species identification board advising that all the ornamental ducks have been stolen by persons unknown.  The only foreigners remaining were three bar-headed geese.  Sad times.
