New Year's Day Pajama- Story Party

There is sacredness in women's circles. We gather on New Year's Day to share food and stories and laughter. We are all women of a certain age, women who share passions for art and politics, peace and justice. We come from a variety of backgrounds and life experience and knit our stories together like shawls that wrap us in warmth and comfort. Some of us read favorite authors; some write their own stories; some speak off the cuff about their grandmothers or of adventures they've had.

All of us agree this is the best way to start a new year.
