Painted Lady

After walking through a good part of Rouken Glen Park I went to the walled garden to look for butterflies.

The flower beds need a lot of attention .... I was tempted to pull a few weeds but remembered that I had plenty of my own at home!

There were a few Buddleia bushes but that's not where the butterflies were gathering.  Today the Echinacea flowers provided a welcome rest for a large number of Painted Lady butterflies
