Words can confuse. Take the word veda.
In the place I call home, Veda bread is a malted bread sold in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. It is a small, caramel-coloured loaf with a very soft consistency when fresh.
Internationally, the Vedas are a large body of religious texts originating in ancient India. Composed in Vedic Sanskrit, the texts constitute the oldest layer of Sanskrit literature and the oldest scriptures of Hinduism.
One physical bread and one spiritual bread. Dont confuse the two!
