Way back in placement 1 (April/May time) a lovely Junior doctor in the RVH taught me how to take blood. After teaching me he sent me home with some supplies to practice with.
Until today I had forgot about them, finding them in a bag I took to that placement with me.
Cue some experimenting!
Successful venepuncture in my right hand. As I'm right handed I found this tricky but I managed to do it.
Just call me nurse Harper :)
Or Dracula. Whatevs.
