All the gear and no idea

Arrived home quite late last night to find a birthday card and present from Lurkio. He'd got me a musette bag from Rapha and jokingly filled it with the most inappropriate items you could put in one for a cyclist. The newspaper, Super Noodles, tinned tuna and cava made me laugh but the coconut properly cracked me up! :-D 

Felt very tired today after my birthday down in Sheffield so just chilled.
