Walk Through the Mall

It has been a cold day but no rain which was good. More bad weather on the way. 

I had my Specialist appointment late this afternoon for the results of the MIR scan I had on Monday. It did show a Cartilage tear, spots of arthritis and some deep brursing from past accidents. The Bakers Cyst is large. Because my knee has been feeling much better lately he said its best to leave it alone for now. He wants to see me again in February or sooner if things get worse.


I took a walk through Merivale Mall on my way back to my car.
