Post Office

This building contained the Aberdeen Head Post Office and was opened in 1907. It has a slightly Scottish Baronial architectural style, reminiscent of many of the castles in the area, and several other buildings in the city.

I am not sure I remember this ever having been a post office while I have been here. It has been converted to residential use. Most Post Offices now seem to be inside other shops rather than stand alone premises.

The day is noticeably cooler, and very overcast. For a second or two I even felt a few drops of moisture.
