Day 4 Culteuchar & Dron

Entered the Light Green course again today and regretted my decision when I saw the climb to the start of the course, 2km with 180m of ascent,  it was a killer, my hip was complaining -where are those poles??? Once at the top though,  the course was lovely, on the open moorland with fantastic views all around.  You can see a competitor on the left hill.  Not last,  60th /67 in 95 mins - pretty slow, although the W50 lady in last place took 155.  Once back in the arena I was pleased I had made the effort and survived. I'm sure its good for me really.
