Opening night ....

The international festival started tonight with a free concert: LA Philharmonic Orchestra at Tynecastle. 

We went along with HazelH & Mr HazelH and a fun time was had by all.

The orchestra played movie tunes and as well as being enjoyable to listen to, it was fun to watch children dancing & seagulls swooping overhead. 

Youth Orchestra of LA also played on two pieces.
