Cooking Day 2

Another busy day helping out in the kitchen at our Connect Camp ;)

Another 24 tins of tuna turned into tuna mayonnaise - this time as a filling for the lunchtime wraps!

Then it was time for me to tackle enough sticky toffee pudding & sauce for 130 campers (our chef does have a funny sense of humour when it comes to tasking me with cake making!)
This was served with chicken curry for the evening meal - another great success :-)

In between all the cooking our chef finds time to make a Captain Hook costume (see extra) - she is quite amazing!!
