Double barreled

Went back to Waikiki to check the King Tides, it has gone down considerably from yesterday, but still had some splashes and waves.   Overcast.  A group of Segway riders navigated the path without getting splashed - you see them quite often in Kapiolani Park.  This is the switchback ramp behind the Aquarium.   Is that an angry bird hoping for a drink . . ?
