My goodness today crawling around after very slow Parkrun, which I didn't enjoy! Blamed no carbs and new meds. DAY 4 So I am hoping this will get easier 800 a day with exercise is brutal.
Healthy diet, although v similar I feel to Aitkins diet which I always felt was v unhealthy rapid loss, and fat! Had a piece of Hullomi in dinner and haven't eaten cheese since December, won't be doing yoghurts or milk not sure I can substitute coconut milk.
