Goodbye Beach!

Been a bit slack on the GNR training this week so thought I'd get a slightly longer run in before we left. Well it saves having to do lots of hills tomorrow... 3 miles down the coast and back, and a swim to cool off. Then sadly it was time to finish packing for a long drive back to Yorkshire.
