THE CHECKERED FLAG...

...is being flown for Lewis Hamilton who drove an inspired Hungarian Grand Prix - poor young Max Verstappen led from the off until the 76th lap out of 70 where he ran out of grip & Hamilton came steaming past him to steal first place.

This was a combination of brilliant driving & cunningly (tautological) astute strategy on behalf of the Mercedes team!

For all his tattoos & piercing bling - I continue to like & admire this young man.
