Mum and I drove to Bath today, to see Uncle Vanya at the theatre there.  Unusually for us, we set out with loads of time to spare, so had a nice relaxed wander around first, some lunch from food stalls at a market, and even time to stop for a coffee before going in.

Good play - Rupert Everett was particularly good (and Katherine Parkinson - or as I like to call her, Tim's mate - after he accidentally said hello to her when she was out jogging near our house.  He thought he knew her, then realised afterwards he only knew her from off the telly!)

Afterwards we had another relaxed wander, and ended up in Victoria Park, which was beautiful.  Good view of the Royal Crescent, too - and some park-goers rather more energetic than others.

Stopped by Waitrose on the way home and had a nice salady type tea in the garden.  Mum had cancelled the carer this evening so we wouldn't be pushed for time, so I helped her to bed, then had a quiet evening in front of the TV.
