B, J & I spotted these nice tall, sunflower-like flowers on a walk down by Skinflats nature reserve.
About 5 minutes later the heavens opened up and we got well and truly soaked. Especially me as I forgot to grab a coat leaving the house with the faint sound of thunder in my ears. Doh!
