Chilly

This is the Kneipp-Anlage in Eberfing. The idea is that walking in the freezing cold water is great for your circulation and immune system. You stay walking for 30 seconds or so (or less if your feet turn to ice) then nip out, warm up and do it again. I think 'bracing' sums it up nicely. There's a Keipp-Anlage in Weilheim too but this one is nicer and (we were there with Peter and Alex) more fun for kids.
