Red Admiral

The day really picked up this afternoon with a long overdue chat with one friend and a walk in Panshanger Park with another. This beautiful Red Admiral settled before us as we paused a while (to eat jam doughnuts - soooo good) and in between chatting & walking I saw a Ringlet and a Blue.

Everyone did sport tonight: Tony rugby training, Peter referee fitness training and Lo did a gym workout whilst I was half in the gym and half outside as it was so warm. And thus we burned off our doughnuts :-)
